CamJam provides surf condition data, weather forecasts, tide information, and webcam feeds for surf spots across New Zealand. The Service is available via our website at camjam.co.nz and through third-party integrations (including AI assistants).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of surf forecasts, tide data, or webcam feeds.
Ocean conditions are inherently dangerous and unpredictable. Always assess conditions in person before entering the water. CamJam data should supplement, not replace, your own judgement and local knowledge.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

All content, design, and code on CamJam is owned by Cramblin Advertising Inc. or its licensors. Webcam feeds are provided by third-party operators and remain their property.
CamJam integrates with third-party services for weather data, webcam feeds, and AI platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
