Bethells Overview

Bethells Beach, nestled on the West Coast just outside West Auckland, offers excellent sandbanks along its stretch, presenting a viable surfing spot, especially when the swell is modest. A brief stroll northwards brings you to O'neill's, where favorable banks and the possibility of a surfable high tide reform await, particularly when conditions are big, onshore, or a combination of both. The best offshore winds blow from the NE.
